The Catalpas Atelier Terms of Use and End User Licence Agreement govern this documentation site, your Catalpas Atelier account and plans, and the covered desktop software. This page is a pointer to that canonical agreement, not a separate set of terms.

The documentation is reference material. It describes current product behaviour but does not modify, expand, or override the canonical Terms, an Order Term, or a software entitlement. If documentation conflicts with the canonical Terms or the product behaviour described at checkout, the more specific applicable term controls.
