Official Site Usage

catalpasatelier.com is the international Catalpas Atelier website. Use it to learn about Scribe, Scroll, and Writing Suite; create an account; buy or manage a subscription; and download currently available desktop apps.

Writing, planning, typesetting, and export work takes place in the desktop apps. The website manages accounts, plans, payments, orders, and downloads. This documentation site explains how to complete each task.

Public areas​

You can open these pages without signing in:

  • Scribe: long-form typesetting and publishing output;
  • Scroll: writing, Story planning, and Project management;
  • Writing Suite: the annual Scroll + Scribe bundle;
  • Pricing: compare Free, Plus, Pro, and Writing Suite plans;
  • Download: get currently available Scribe and Scroll installers;
  • News: read product news, release notes, and articles;
  • Docs: open product guides, tutorials, and support documentation;
  • Contact: contact the support team.

Product, pricing, download, and account pages are available in several interface languages. Use the language switcher on the website to choose one.

Account Center​

After signing in, choose Account at the top of the page. Account Center has four main pages:

  • Overview shows the current plans and management links for Scribe, Scroll, and Writing Suite;
  • Billing lets you view or manage Scribe, Scroll, and Writing Suite subscriptions;
  • Orders lists orders, amounts, and invoices and lets you request a refund for eligible orders;
  • Settings manages your profile, email language, email address, password, Google sign-in, and account deletion.

Signing in on the website does not sign you in to a desktop app. Scribe and Scroll must also be signed in separately. For the complete procedure, see Desktop sign-in.

Choose a guide by task​

Regional availability​

This section covers the email account, online payment, and public download flows on the international catalpasatelier.com website. Account access, payment methods, products, and app versions may differ by region. Follow the website and in-app guidance available in your region.

Security guidance​

  • Enter account or payment details only on catalpasatelier.com and the payment page it opens;
  • never send a password, verification code, or full payment card number to support;
  • hide email addresses, order numbers, invoices, and payment details before sharing screenshots of Overview, Orders, or Billing;
  • before changing a subscription, confirm the product, plan, effective date, and final amount.
