Exporting
Scribe's exports map one-to-one to the previews: the preview mode you're in determines what you export. The export actions (scope, watermark, button) live on the preview toolbar.
| Preview | Output | Details |
|---|---|---|
| 📷 Image | Social cards / long image (JPG, PNG) | Image export |
| 📖 E-book | EPUB | EPUB export |
PDF (grayscale / RGB / CMYK / CMYK + ICC), Word .docx | PDF · Word |
Export scope
Every export offers a scope selector on the preview toolbar:
- Current Page — just the current page (only meaningful for paged image and print output);
- Current Document — the document you're currently editing or previewing;
- Selected files — the documents checked in the file tree;
- All Compilable — every included document, merged in file-tree order.
Word and EPUB have no concept of a "page", so they don't offer "current page"; the same applies to the image long-image mode.
Watermark
The watermark toggle on the toolbar controls whether exports carry a watermark; design your own in DIY watermark.
Plan differences
Export families and their advanced options (such as print CMYK / CMYK+ICC colour, editable masters and appearances) require specific plans. Unavailable export buttons show the required plan. See Plans & features for the full matrix, and the detail pages for step-by-step instructions.
